🧂 Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp currants
  • 1 tsp mint
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt, black pepper, cinnamon (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
