  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • Tomato slices (optional)

How to Make Ayvalık Toast

1. Prepare the Bread

Cut the bread in half lengthwise without separating it completely.

2. Add the Filling

Spread Russian salad inside the bread. Add kasar cheese, sucuk, salami, pickles, and tomato slices.

3. Butter the Outside

Spread butter on the outer sides of the bread for extra crispiness.

4. Toast the Sandwich

Place the sandwich in a toaster or panini press. Press firmly and cook for 4–5 minutes until the bread becomes crispy and the cheese melts completely.
