Ingredients:

  • 500 g fresh anchovies
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. Clean the anchovies and rinse thoroughly. Drain well.
  2. Mix cornmeal, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
